MRS Oil reduces petrol price to N935 in collaboration with Dangote Refinery

MRS Oil has reduced the price of fuel to N935 per litre at all its stations in Nigeria, following a deal with the new Dangote Refinery. The refinery is now supplying fuel to MRS at a lower cost of N899.50 per litre.

To ensure compliance with the new price, MRS has implemented a price tracking system and encourages customers to report any stations charging more. They urge all petrol station owners to join them in improving the supply chain and ensuring product quality and availability nationwide.

The price reduction has already been well received, with customers lining up at MRS stations in Lagos to purchase fuel at the lower rate. Many are pleased with both the price and the quality of the fuel.

Mrs. Ibukun Phillips, a commuter at the MRS station in Alapere, expressed her satisfaction with the price reduction and the quality of the product. She and her husband have decided to only use MRS fuel going forward.

Commercial bus driver Adio Ajibade welcomed the price reduction, noting that it will reduce transportation costs and benefit Nigerians. He expressed gratitude to Alhaji Aliko Dangote for his role in the price reduction.

Dr. Tunde Akanni, a public affairs analyst and university lecturer, praised the price reduction for easing the financial burden on Nigerians and promoting environmentally friendly fuel consumption. He believes this move will benefit the economy and public health in the long term.
