We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong existing client base, excellent social capital, and the ability to manage large-scale marketing initiatives.
This role requires a highly disciplined individual with a self-driven mindset, who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Leverage an existing network of prospects and clientele to drive sales and achieve quick results.
Utilize strong business relationships and social capital to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead the marketing efforts for the company’s development portfolio on a large scale.
Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals.
Leading negotiations with clients and closing high-value deals.
Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
Previous experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of performance.
A well-established prospective and clientele base that can be leveraged for immediate results
Strong social capital, with the ability to utilize business relationships to drive sales.
Experience in marketing and selling real estate development projects on a large scale.
Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Professional and polished appearance and demeanor.
