Job Description

We are seeking to employ a result-driven, self-motivated, and proactive individual to join its sales team as a Senior Enterprise Account Executive.
As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, building, and nurturing client relationships, and ultimately achieving revenue targets.
The Enterprise Sales Manager plays a critical role in aligning the company’s offerings with the needs of our clients, driving growth, and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
You will:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Apollo.
In-depth knowledge of business technology solutions and their applications in various industries.
Understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
