What you’ll be doing
As a retention specialist at Quidax, you will focus on partnering with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure Quidax customers are set up for continued success
What your day-to-day looks like
Leading ongoing communication and accountability for client satisfaction.
Communicate client needs to the relevant department and meet objectives and deadlines.
Prepare weekly activity and forecast reports
Upselling and Cross-selling to expand within the existing accounts through proactive outbound calling.
Design a customer outreach strategy that includes methods to save active & in-active customers while maintaining a positive rapport.
Identify and resolve issues that would hinder customers from trading or utilizing the Quidax app.
What you need to have
Minimum of 2 years of work experience with a focus on growth & retention in fintech, banking B2C companies.
Fluent English and excellent writing skills is a must
Strong process management, and negotiation skills.
Sound knowledge in MS Excel, databases, Google Analytics, etc.
