Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients within the financial services sector to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and networks to source, attract, and engage with high-caliber tech professionals, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the technical and cultural requirements of the roles.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between candidates and clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the financial services or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and the ability to identify key talent within the industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
