Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing e-commerce team.
This role is critical in driving our customer acquisition strategies, optimizing our digital marketing channels, and providing actionable insights to improve overall performance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns and budget planning by channel (including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others), product, period, season, audience.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and other relevant platforms.
Manage and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising to maximize revenue, LTV, manage costs and resources to maximise profitability and retention
Conduct A/B tests to identify high-performing creatives, messaging, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with the content marketing team to ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts.
Utilize mobile marketing strategies to drive app downloads and user engagement.
Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of marketing spend and performance.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
ROI on digital marketing campaigns
Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
Cost per acquisition (CPA)
Conversion rate from paid channels
Growth in sign ups, active user growth rate, new customers and app downloads
Click-through rate (CTR) on ads
Efficiency in budget utilization and spend
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Over 5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably an agency-side campaign management experience
Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mixpanel, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with mobile marketing strategies and tools is a plus.
