Job Title: Client Relationship and Customer Experience Officer

Job Summary
The Client Relationship and Customer Experience Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationships with our clients across the country.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Manage and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
Oversee all customer touchpoints to ensure a seamless and positive customer journey.
Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations and proposals.
Assist in post-sales activities to ensure smooth transitions and ongoing customer support.
Utilize CRM tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Oversee social media channels to engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and manage the company’s online reputation.
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
BSC/HND in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a client relationship or customer experience role, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven experience with CRM tools and social media management.
Strong understanding of logistics, e-commerce, relationship management, and customer experience.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
