General Introduction

Roll-formed profiled sheeting is often used for the external cladding of the building.This metal rollform machine adopts Misubishi PLC control system to automatically make steel or aluminium roofing sheets or wall sheets of any length within 99 meters. After the setting of parameters like panel length, panel quantity and so on, this metal cladding rollform production line will start to manufacture roof or wall sheetings with desired length and quantity. The machine rollers are made by No. 45 steel coated with hard chrome, so the rollers is very strong and the rollers surface is very smooth to make sure there is no scratch on the finished claddings.
