Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client relationships, ensuring their needs are met, and driving overall account growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Understand clients’ business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on account health and progress.
Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Develop growth strategies and plans
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
Researching business opportunities and viable income stream
Following industry trends locally and internationally
First point of contact for third parties
Arrange and organize meetings
Prepare project proposals, presentations and reports.
Lead meetings addressing specific client challenges and develop recommendations and action plans towards their resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in [industry].
Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
