Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Personnel

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Reports to: Admin Officer
Job Purpose

As the Front Desk Officer at Lifeshade Hospital, you will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and visitors.
You will manage the front desk operations, handle inquiries, and provide administrative support to various departments.
Your role is vital in maintaining the smooth flow of our hospital’s daily activities and upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always tidy and presentable.
Answer and direct phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic time.
Handle patient registrations, ensuring accurate entry of patient information.
Respond to patient and visitor inquiries, addressing concerns and providing information about hospital services.
Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to facilitate smooth patient flow.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with hospital policies and regulations.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry as required.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or similar role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus with 1 year work experience.
